WELCOME OUR NEW BOD – RICH OLSON

Rich Olson is a Pacific Northwest native from Everett, Washington, and has led an aerospace hardware manufacturing company in Mill Creek since 1990. Over more than three decades, he has guided the company’s growth and operations while devoting much of his life to youth and community development.

Rich spent nearly 30 years coaching athletes of all ages, including serving as a women’s basketball coach at a local community college. For the last decade, he has also been a local sports broadcaster, combining his love for athletics with a commitment to uplifting community programs.

His connection to Big Brothers Big Sisters began in 1994. Since then, he has served as a Big, contributor, and board member, making BBBS a multigenerational family commitment with his eldest son also serving as a Big Brother. Rich has been married for 30 years and has two grown sons. His lifelong dedication to service continues to shape both his personal and professional life.

Fun fact: Rich has visited 33 Major League Baseball stadiums and is always looking for recommendations on what ballpark he should add to his list next.
