Work/Life Balance

Full-time employees accrue vacation according to the following schedule:

  • Nine paid holidays and two personal floating holidays per year.
  • Full-time employees accrue sick leaves at eight hours per month.
  • Full-time employees accrue separate sick leaves at the rate of eight hours per month.
  • Additional time off for bereavement or jury duty.
  • Hybrid work schedule – three days remote and two days onsite.
Financial Security

Financial Security

  • Long-Term Disability Insurance. It may replace up to 60% of your income up to the age of 65 years after a 90-day elimination period for qualifying disabilities.
  • Life and AD&D Insurance. Available at one time (1x) your annual salary up to a maximum of $75,000.
  • Retirement Plan: Employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan at the beginning of the calendar quarter following 90 days of employment. BBBSPS is pleased to offer a match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions.
