Joe Zimmer brings experience in scaling organizations and aligning teams around shared impact and sustainable growth. At FSI, a leader in healthcare maintenance software, he oversees the growth organization, which includes sales, marketing, customer support, and customer success. Before FSI, he led business analytics and marketing at Ripl, a Seattle-based technology startup.
Joe holds a BA in Economics and History from Whitman College and has been a Big for the past five years. What began as Fortnite hours during Covid evolved into a lifelong bond where he and his Little are now part of each other’s families. His lived experience as a mentor fuels his commitment to helping more youth access meaningful connections and opportunities.
Fun fact: Joe’s match started over Fortnite during Covid and grew into a real family connection. If you have a game you love playing with the young people in your life, he wants to hear about it.
